DAY 5 : Exploring Halebid and Belur on the Way to Hassan

After breakfast, embark on a 4-hour drive to Hassan. Explore the magnificent Hoysaleswara Temple in Halebid, a grand shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple, known for its exquisite architecture, was initiated in the 12th century and stands as a remarkable representation of Hindu style. Next, visit the Chennakeshava Temple in Belur, located on the banks of the Yagachi River. Adorned with the emblem of the Royal dynasty at its entrance, this temple showcases the distinctive hallmark of Hoysala architecture.
